Policies
Pricing: All haircuts are a flat rate, this pricing includes gratuity. No surprises or extra costs at the end!
Cancellations: All services require a card on file to be booked, this card is subject to be charged in the event of a late cancellation. All cancellations made past 24 hours are subject to up to 50% of service total.

Lateness: We have a 15 minute grace period for late appointments. If you are running late, please text (850)661-6765. After 15 minutes your appointment is subject to be cancelled, and up to 50% may be charged in a late cancellation fee. This is a boundary to protect Sam's time, and the clients that are coming in after you. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation List:​ You may add yourself to the waitlist on the booking website on Square. You may write down weekdays, times, or dates that you want to be contacted for, and you will be automatically contacted by Square if something becomes available.

Dry haircuts/ Curly haircuts: Please come in with dry, freshly washed, detangled hair. Please ensure there is little to no product in, to be easy to brush through to work in. Your hair (and bangs) should be down in their natural state. Please do not have your hair pulled back in a pony or manipulated with clips.

Plus Ones: Sam is located in a smaller salon with limited waiting room space. It is likely that other stylists will also be working with clients in their chairs. Plus ones are allowed, but it is ideal for you to come solo to your appointment unless you have communicated a request with Sam. Sam wants you and herself to be able to fully relax without the distractions of a plus one.

Refunds and Adjustments: Refunds are not offered on haircutting services. Sam is happy to make any adjustments to a haircut within two weeks of the original service date. An adjustment means tweaking the haircut to better fit what was talked about in your consultation at the beginning of your haircut appointment. A change in what was discussed during the haircut and after the consultation is not considered an adjustment and will need to be booked as a separate service.
